Bio

Career Vines is a boutique consulting firm designed to empower individual careers to increase the representation of diversity, specifically at the C-Suite level.    With over 20 years of experience specializing in corporate culture, talent management, and talent equity issues, Ivy is the former Chief Culture and Talent Officer of Chubb Group. Within this role, Ivy was responsible for influencing Chubb’s distinctive culture and oversaw the cultural integration when ACE acquired Chubb in 2016. She brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into operationalizing talent and inclusion strategies to advance gender and ethnic representation within a high-performing culture.

Having designed and taught leadership and high-potential development programs for several years, Ivy regularly presents at conferences and works with Boards and leadership teams from various industries. She was a key architect in forming the Black Insurance Industry Collective, established in 2020, to address the specific challenges impacting Black talent within the insurance industry. Ivy was the first recipient of the PLUS Foundation Excellence in Diversity Award in 2021 and has been recognized for advancing equity within the insurance industry.

She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) in International Development from St. Mary’s University, Canada, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Neuroscience at King’s College, London.
